Due to the nature of producing bespoke pieces, all order will be shipped within 1 week of purchase.
While we try to keep as much stock on hand as possible some products are often in their final stages of production when an order is placed. We will email you directly if this is the case and make you aware of any extended shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
If you are after a custom product or have purchased a pre-order product these items will be shipped within 3-4 weeks allowing time for production to take place. Kate Carters will keep the customer updated with these orders, including any unforeseen delays.
